Why did you only list 4 Laptop Manufacturers? The scope of this website has limited us to these 4 laptop manufacturers. As we grow and add information we will add additional manufacturers.
This is a personal type opinion. I personally feel that the IBM Thinkpad series and the Panasonic Toughbook series laptops are the best. They are usually quality laptops that do not require us to refurbish extensively. There are many companies that state they are selling refurbished laptops. I like this refurbished laptop reseller. Basically when they say refurbished they have tested the used laptop and replaced any worn or damaged parts.
Basically but not guaranteed used laptop resellers will buy a batch of laptops from a laptop wholesaler. These laptops will be in various degrees of condition. The best condition laptops are considered Grade A, Grade B would be some obvious wear and tear and any grade below that is really kinda objective.
